Mineral Recovery Industry

Mineral recovery is the process of extracting valuable minerals or metals from various sources, typically from ore bodies, waste materials, or industrial byproducts. Mineral recovery is a fundamental necessity driven by the increasing demand for essential minerals and metals in our modern world. With finite natural resources, responsible extraction and recovery practices become imperative to ensure the sustainable supply of these crucial materials.

THE APPLICATION

Finish Thompson pumps can breathe new life into an existing plant by providing excellent performance, quick delivery, and innovative functionality. These pumps are meticulously engineered for the most demanding applications. Their commitment to exceptional reliability, efficiency, and innovation has propelled them to the forefront of the mineral recovery industry. They are renowned for delivering consistent and reliable flow rates, crucial for efficiently separating minerals from wastewater. These pumps also excel in extracting high-purity mineral products. By increasing water production and offering cost-effective waste concentrate disposal solutions, they ensure profitability for their clients.

 The Finish Thompson Pump Solution

ULTRAChem Series from FTI is an ANSI-dimensional, magnetically driven pump designed for utmost dependability in the most demanding chemical processing applications. It has a DuPont Tefzel (ETFE) lining and is made of durable ductile iron for excellent corrosion protection. The UC series is trustworthy, robust, and sealless due to hydro-testing each pump and evaluating it against the customer's duty point. This series can handle fluids with a maximum viscosity of 200cP and a maximum operating pressure of 300 psi. It is extremely user-friendly due to less downtime, increased plant efficiency, and lower maintenance costs, benefiting the whole operation.
