The Diaphragm Inverter is an assembly tool designed to simplify the build process, decrease the potential for Diaphragm damage, and safeguard the assembler.
This new diaphragm inverter is designed to easily move the shaft, with one diaphragm attached, from one side of the center section to the other. This allows the opposite diaphragm to be installed easily and ensures diaphragm alignment with the bead for sealing.
This device can be used on all 2" & 3" air operated, double diaphragm pumps manufactured by wilden and other AODDP manufactures. This assembly tool will reduce repair costs and eliminate expensive assembly mistakes involving damage to the diaphragms.
