LEAK-FREE SEAL-LESS PUMPS

Micropump offers a variety of products to meet market needs for precise metering and low flow applications. These include traditional external gear pumps, our unique Suction Shoe (pressure loaded) style gear pump, as well as centrifugal, piston and vane pumps.

Micropump pumps are magnetically driven with no dynamic seals. Internal magnets are encapsulated. The encapsulation protects the pumpage from magnet contaminants, and protects the magnets from corrosion and thermal shock.

 
APPLICATIONS
WATER & SEWAGE TREATMENT
Alum, coagulant polymers and sulfuric acids can be pumped with Micropump pumps to prepare water for industrial and commerical uses. Other applications include addition of ferric chloride for sewage treatment and pH dosing for water treatment.
 
GENERAL MANUFACTURING
A variety of applications have been successfullyhandled by Micropump’s pulse-free design including, but not limited to: cutting tool lubrication, resin injection, urethane dispensing equipment, laser welding, catalyst injection, ultrasonic cleaners.
 
CHEMICAL METERING
Micropump magnetic and electromagnetic drive pumps have proven successful for a wide variety of chemical metering applications including specialty chemicals used in felt cleaning, dye injection and release and creping agent applications in Pulp and Paper.
 
SEMICONDUCTOR
Circuit board cooling and etching, photoresist, water purification and circuit board cleaning are examples of applications in which Micropump products provide trouble free operation.
